Fluidamper fitment??? Close to water pump

Fluidamper fitment??? Close to water pump

I just installed a fluidamper 720211. It seems too close. Not sure i can get a belt between it... Suggestions??

Hmm that does seem awfully close.

Do they make underdrive pulleys for these motors? If so, maybe you can get an under-drive pulley for the waterpump so it gives you a little more room.

Technically, the waterpump won't be working quite as hard then, but these trucks cool so well that I'd imagine you'd still be fine.

Edit: I may have gotten that reversed. I think underdrive pulleys may be bigger to make the pump spin slower so that wouldn't work.

The driven (crankshaft) pulley having a larger outside diameter makes this an overdrive to the complete belt driven system.
