I've been chasing down a issue for a month or so now. When I cold start my truck it wants to stall out but if I hold my foot on the gas pedal it won't die but the pedal is dead until I let off and push it again, it constantly does this until the engine is warmed up, then it runs like a top, I can even shut it off and start it up and it runs good. It only does this when the truck has been sitting and the engine is cold until it warms up. It' doesn't act like a fuel issue more like its shutting off and restarting, when it does try to stall the check engine light come on the water in fuel and the wait to start.

I have replaced the cps, the icp and the connector, it recently had a oil change and fuel filter done
