new to me 2007 FX4 w/5.4

I bought this truck a week ago and I've been taking care of little things that weren't working when I got it. There were a hand full of burn out lights that I went to replacing and now even with new bulbs 3 still will not come on. They are the right fog light, right map light, and the right rear license plate light. Is there something that they all have in common?

Also my center console shifter bulb wasn't working, so I was going to replace it with an LED but the LED bulb wouldn't light up. I put a regular 194 bulb in there and it works. I put a meter to the connection and it shows 11.3v when power is sent to it and 0v when its off, so I guess there wasn't enough volts for the LED but just enough for the regular bulb, and I have something in the circuit pulling extra volts??

Some LED bulbs are polarized and won't light if put in incorrectly. If it doesn't work pull it and turn it 180 degrees and try again.

Otherwise I don't know what the problem is.
