seems like my last couple of projects went well but now I am struggling. I gen I bought the truck it had an aftermarket shift **** that's looks trashy. I finally decided to replace with with a factory replacement but cannot get the trashy one off. Whoever installed it stripped the Allen screw, I drilled that out but I cannot get it to budge.
i thought about heating up the shift lever itself but don't want to ruin the finish.

Any thoughts?
