One of the best mods I did was to add an in-dash nav/head unit. Gets sirus, pandora and lets not forget a camera when I plave her in reverse
A must have when plowing convenience stores....

Nice ideas! Forgot to mention I've started putting in led bulbs as well as an aftermarket head unit and rear speakers. Anyone tried putting 35's on 17 or 18 inch rims? Just not crazy about the thin sidewalk look.

I also think that chrome has a place on trucks but since I have a base model with all black trim I'll be going with a red and black look. If I had an XLT package or higher then I'd be using some chrome here and there.

2012 Regular cab Super Duty - aftermarket fender flares and black paint
djm1204 posted these in another thread, and I like the black fender flare/rocker panel work he did to break up the solid red color. Just my opinion, but if I had your truck, I would think it would be a great looking addition (with narrower flares). I'd also color-match the outside border of the grille with the red to break up some of the black. I did this to my silver F250 and it greatly improved the appearance IMO.

If "I" had a Red truck, this is where I would aim for a color combination.

Not bad guys! I'm checking the budget to see what mods I can do. I'll definitely keep these in mind.

Red and black is my preference. Some fender flares would do wonders in dressing it up. When I had my last red pickup, I used a black steel toolbox. I kept it and put it on my current pickup.

You would have to try to not have a SD that didn't look good.
