Got a 98 f150 with a 4.6 with the 4 pack coil pack And a 5.4 motor from an 1999 expedition with individual coil packs. What would it take to install the 5.4 into my truck with the 4.6
I don't know much about these style motors yet as far as swapping them around. I did put the 5.4 into a later 2001 truck that had a 4.6 But it had the individual coil packs on the 4.6 also.
Just seeing if someone in here has done or knows about a swap like this

you will need the pcm from the donor truck. i am not sure about motor mounts they may need to be moved same with the exhaust system
