Bronco Quarter Panel Replacement

Hey All,

I've had the Bronco kind of put away for a while, I've been doing rear quarter panel replacement when I've had the time. I have the new panel tack welded up but I'm not sure if I should fill every single gap with a bead? It just seems like it's to time consuming and I suck at welding.

I was thinking now that its welded up I could grind it all down and then do fiberglass filler. Any opinions?

Doing the first rough cut.

You should fill it all in then grind it smooth.
Moving all over when grinding like you do for welding to keep from warping the panel.

Thanks Dave. I'm going to spend more time on it tomorrow filling everything in.
