Oh yeah, I checked for leaks last after a test drive. The valley is clean and dry, but not the back of the valley right under the pedestal So,it looks like the deleted pedestal project will be done at the end of the month when tax time gets here. I will most likely rebuild the turbo too. The blades are shot to crapola. That's for another thread though.

Agreed....and what's the valley full of? Get it cleaned up!!
The 50lb turbo,ic plumbing,regulator and oil catch can. All nessary appliances for operation...

Oil catch can in place of fuel filter? Drains back to block through fuel pump hole?! That is a good idea! Heck you could use the old filter housing and trick some people..

Haha! Right! I dunno, I like it clean and simple these days. I just want reliability with a little bit of power added. The way it drove yesterday evening, after being a dog with a worn HPOP and stock fuel, made me pretty darn happy.
