I have few not important, but very interesting questions:

-can we change the back light on the 5th door from 2016 to 2007? Looks like it have the same sizes



-what is it? I have simple rear console, found this photo somewhere



-where can I looking for some tuning for Lincoln, maybe you know some websites?

I'd imagine the entire 5th Door tailgate would bolt on. I'm not sure the LCM (lighting control module) would recognize the lighting. It might! But the days of simple rewiring are behind us. Additionally, the power feature of the tailgate could be a snag, and the wiper as well, but I think those would be more straightforward.

I don't recognize that center row console.

As far as tunes... not much. Best trick I've found... if you want it to Go, stand on it. Seriously. If you roll on the throttle the 6-speed shifts into 2nd pretty early and won't go back to 1st. It sort of lugs. But if you stand on it it will wind out the gears and do surprisingly well.
