I bought one with 305k on it last year.

does it have any blow by?
turbo inlet clean and no broken fins?

Do you know how to work on one? if not they can get costly in repairs

I wrote this up for when getting a new truck, its a hit list of stuff I learned this past year

That's a nice clean truck, miles wouldn't scare me, I the truck is mechanically good.
As Knotty said check those first and report back.

Um, a CCLB transmission would be the same transmission as in any other cab/bed configuration. Question is, is it automatic or manual? And which kind of truck would you want to drive year-in, year-out?

You should try to find out if it's really 350,000 miles, or some multiple of 100,000 more than that. The odometer rolls back to 300,000 after it hits 399,999.

Truck has obviously been painted and otherwise modded. I would look VERY closely for rust - frame, suspension hangers/brackets, core support are the important areas. You'll also have to decide whether you WANT those mods. Unless they're done right, those smoked headlights are a major MINUS when you actually have to drive the truck at night. Did it ever run with a programmer or chip?
