I replaced the front pads on my 2003 F250 6.0 PSD around 2000 miles ago. The front left brake makes noise occasionally. Not a scraping or squealing sound, but almost a honking sound.

Is this something that needs to be addressed immediately? And what might it be the cause? I changed the pads myself, cleaned everything with a can of brake cleaner on each side. It went very smoothly, everything went back together great. I used NAPA brand premium pads with new rattle clips.

I'm guessing a malfunctioning rattle clip?
