1986 e350 4x4 conversion, identification of drag link and tierod ends

So, I've got a 86 E350 4x4 conversion. It's an ambulance, with a Dana 44 front. My drag link broke in half, and I'm having an awful time trying to find the part. Also looking for the longer tie rod (54") shown below and am having no luck finding that either. The conversion company does not exist anymore and I can't find anyone that is knowledgeable about what they may have done. If anyone has an idea to get this ambo back on the road that would be GREAT.

The draglink may be from a late 1970's, early 1980's Chevy 3/4 ton 4WD truck. This is the draglink the Pathfinder 4WD conversions used.

What the Quigley 4WD conversions used I dunno, but Quigley is still in business.

Originally, all the companies that converted Econolines to 4WD included an operators manual that had all the Ford/GM part numbers listed.

Take the draglink, tie rod to NAPA to see if they can match them up.

@numberdummy I wish I had a manual! I've got an 86 E350 (rwd) drag link on its way. The dimensions say it's too long, but it looks like same in the picture. It may just need to be cut down and re-threaded.

Worst case you can make one or order one custom made to the length you need. I have to ask though, how the heck did that happen?

That looks like a regular ttb draglink to me. The reason I say that, look at that empty hole up toward the steering box on the link. I would go to autozone and ask for a DS1018. It's for a 86 f150 1/2 ton 4x4. Here's a picture. It's $28.99 and my store is supposed to have it in stock. If it doesn't fit, take it back.

If that doesn't fit, take it back and try a DS-1069. It's $80 and fits a 89 f250, it's probably bigger diameter.
