yup and all across the board.
The main reason I got it though was to get rid of the speed limiter Sears has installed in the factory tune

ahhh yes, how could i forget?? My dp-tuner F5 is awesome. The 7.3 PSD in stock mode can be a slow walking dog off the line (not looking to race but dame when semis beat me off the line, thats pretty sad lol). I have the 80 econ & 80 Tow tunes. Woke the beast right up and depending on what mode you are in, locks up the torque converter early. Only downside is the extra "diesel cackle" noise under load (more output from the hpop)

My 97 E250 is a hand me down from my dad.

It's a cargo van and he had the cargo area floor and up the walls about 3 inches coated with Rhino liner after replacing the factory mat a few times.

Absolutely fantastic mod.

Also love my Autpal headlights and Amazon headlight relay wire harness. LINK

I also like the canvas divider. LINK. Let's the HVAC deal with only the passenger space.

Sorry that's more than one.

I did the same thing with a bungee cord and a sheet. Cheap and effective.

When you say you insulated the whole van, how exactly? And what Armaflex kit did you buy? Looking into insulating my 84 E350

Way back in January I responded to this thread in regards to my GPS, but now that I see the thread resurrected I must mention the windshield tint.
I'll never have another vehicle in Florida without it.

Did you do it yourself, what kind, and how much was it?

I took out my metal mini blinds and curtains because I often haul several children or occasionally a load of drunk guys I take and pick up from some party they want to go to. I don't know which is worse on the interior!

Then like you I am in the south and that sun heats our vans up pretty quick...

Has to be the aftermarket remote start/power locks.

My favorite repair was the new AC system.

I just pulled my H4 bulbs out of my H4 conversion set-up and installed LED bulbs inside.
I also pulled the aftermarket relays out. I don't need them and they were flaky anyway.
With the H-4's and no relays I had to use a 15 amp fuse instead of the 10 amp since they pulled about 10 and 1/2 amps and blew the fuse.
This may have contributed to my alternator wearing out quicker.
So instead of pulling 110 watts I now pull 30 on low beams. Not sure how many on high but it has be lower than 120 the regular H4 bulbs were pulling. I'm guessing way under since I can't find high beam wattage specs.
Now I can use the 10 amp fuse , ditch the relays , save the alt. and have bright lights.

installed by my usual tint guy in town. $120 for the windshield. The brand name is Suntek, which sounds cheesy/cheap but my tint guy says he prefers it over the 3M. I had him use the best model, called CIR. Click link if your interested.

im interested but I have sealed beams. And I rarely drive in the dark it seems. Even though: I like the lower amperage. Get me that extra .03mpg lol.
