Anthony's '76 F-350 Super Camper Special Project Thread

Well guys I finally got my truck shipped from CA to MO a couple days ago!
Feels so good to have my truck back! Now the fun begins.
Here's some of my plans for it:

Exterior:
Locate and install all the missing trim.
Tint Windows All the way around 5%.
Paint Truck Bright Red with Wimbledon White Roof.
Spray In Bedliner
Add modern trailer hookup to hitch receiver

Interior:
Install '92-'96 Red Bucket Seats with Center Console and Cupholders
Redo carpet.
Install Dynomat under door panels
Locate correct steering wheel with cruise.
Add cruise control.
Add Autometer Tach with gauge pods for Transmission Temp,ect...

Electrical:
Go through wiring and fix issues
Wire in modern plug for trailer towing
Install Pioneer Headunit with 6" in the door
and make custom wood boxes for 6x9s behind seat.
Upgrade interior lighting and gauge cluster to LEDs
Locate brighter Headlights

Engine/Mechanical:
Get truck running (ran 1 year ago)
Headers.
Change all rubber and fluids.
New true duel exhaust
Edlebrock Air cleaner and high rise intake manifold.

More information to follow.
Here's a short parts list:
XLT Tailgate (Any Color)
XLT Lower Trim for passenger side
Red Door Panels
Red Dash Pad Cover
Red Headliner
Factory Tie Down Hooks

Already have:
Rust free driverside door

Uncommon factory 390 4 barrel with 4 speed and last year for FEs in trucks as well.
Many people here know this but this truck has sentimental value to me my dad bought it when I was 10 years old 12 years ago.

Congrats so you are settling in Mo after school? I like your swing out steps. I have some Red/white XLT panels (with the white vinyl overlay) AND a 4 button XLT RED headliner...and I am in Mo, just north of Springfield.

PM me if interested. I have a bunch of other parts/parts trucks also. OEM tiedowns, bed trim, XLT tailgate in great shape (maybe I will part with it?).

Congrats on both, I knew you were in Mo up by St louis for awhile now and without your Dentside.

And you never really stop by the Missouri chapter...no worries though we all understand life can keep a man busy.

5% tint is illegal in a lot of states. Might check local statutes on that. I know AZ allows 35% as the darkest allowable, and CA doesn't allow front side window tint at all.

After all, why be a cop magnet?

Ordered the correct steering wheel for my truck as well as an extra gauge cluster shipped to my door for $100.
Getting these red door panels (also $100) tomorrow when I get paid.
Got all the bedside trim except the lower XLT trim.
Got a better driverside door and a nice '76 grille shell. (mine was cracked)
It's been 21 degrees outside for the past couple days and I haven't had time to start the truck or do anything on it yet.
Also ordered a 1976 Owners Manual for the Glovebox.
Will post here with any updates.
