Sputtering while stopped or up hill

Last evening for the first time I was driving home and noticed that while going up a hill, or at a level stop when i began to accellerate the engine would sputter (slight shake) and then would disappear when accellerating....any ideas?

1) Gas tank full
2) Added Royal Purple Synthetic (6 qts) this past weekend
3) Idle RPM @ 1000 or so

Thanks

Idle RPM is about 300 RPM too high. Wonder if the TPS or IAC might be a problem.

How many miles on the truck? Fuel filter should be changed at 30,000 mile intervals.

TPC??? IAP???

I took it to my shop and the first guess until tommorow is the following....

Bad Plug
Bad coil
Bad injector

Fuel filter changed at 30000....current mileage is 51000. Possibly...but doubtful.

The IAC usually goes around 50,000. Mine made it to 60,000.

It was the coil-pack on cylinder #7. I was told that this should not have happened since it was in perfect condition....just a crap part.

Could it get any better since being a Warranty Gold customer -- and they have stopped accepting claims since they cannot run a business.
