I replaced both computers. and all the sensors. sorry if i did not make that clear. all the wiring under the hood to the firewall. Would a auto enginuity code reader help me find the problem and tell me if i need a re-flash? I tried to send you pics of what my actron cp9580a codes 124 and 125 but my phone is giving me a problem now.

There's only one computer. Perhaps you replaced the IDM (NOT a computer) along with the PCM? What specific diagnosis led to their replacement? What was happening before they were replaced?
Which specific sensors were replaced, and what specific diagnoses led to their replacements? What brands of new sensors were installed?

That actron cp9580a scanner wont read the Ford codes.

My 96 occasionally does the same thing; erratic shift, looses speedo, courtesy/dome and OD flashes. For mine it is just the fuse for all those. It is about top middle of my fuse box, and all I have to do is jiggle the fuse. I've been meaning to pull my fuse box and clean/check the connection, or swap another in. Hopefully it is something as simple for you.

Did you activate the Ford Enhanced activation code in AE? Are you at least getting a P1111 code?
Also, as I'm sure you've seen, there are a LOT of sensor selections to choose from, many with similar names. Some apply to our trucks, some don't. I'm running an older version of AE, but IIRC, the right one for the pedal sensor is something like "Accelerator position sensor" or "Accelerator pedal sensor". It doesn't have "throttle" in the name; that selection would be for a gasser with the sensor actually on a throttle of a throttle body, which of course we don't have. So scroll through the selections and look for another possible option for the pedal position.
IIRC, all three wires go to the PCM; I'd have to consult the EVTM to confirm.

yes code p1111. and yes accelerator position sensor i believe. I will check tomorrow for sure. I think i watch 3 different picks on tps. I had someone watching the screen as i move the wires and he said he was getting a reading for a spit second once and a while . playing with the wires on the plug had no effect. do the wires go directly to the pcm plug, with out any place before that?
