Better check your state motor vehicle code Division 12
Sections 24402, 24403 and 24404 and consult your inspection facility.
Your light is way (to bright and {unfocused}] and is not (DOT) approved for use on the highway day or night in any state.
In some states they need to be covered up while driving on the highway.
Using it at night on the highway will absolutely blind oncoming drivers.
