Who knows? Hasn't been on-site since 2018. Since the tires aren't kicked out. it probably has drop beams & not short springs.

I have a 91 XLT Lariat that I’m going to lower I just haven’t made my mind up on how. I see a lot of 3/5 trucks, but I’m looking to maybe just lower the rear 3 inches. I’m wanting to keep the original suspension because the truck runs great over bumps. It has the 5.0 motor and only 98,000 miles. I haven’t seen a truck that has only been lowered in the rear. When I measure my rear axle to do a flip kit I’m only seeing 3.5 inches. I will also run out of room between the leafs and the frame unless I’m just missing something. If anyone has a pic of a bullnose that has only been lowered in the rear 3 inches + - an inch it would really be appreciated. I will try to post a pic with in the hour. Thanks

You might want to start your own thread.

There are a handful of individuals here who have done drops with aftermarket lowering beams, the only practical way to keep factory alignment/suspension articulation in these trucks.

Short springs can only do so much & compromises alignment/tire wear in nearly all cases.
