No you can't. I did a bunch of research trying to do the same. The satellite tuner is built into the unit.

I checked on eBay with sellers like LKQ and found a new radio for about $100. Look for a radio from a 2015 or 2016 because I believe satellite was a standard feature those years. You will also need the antennae.

To make it look factory you may need a new head unit with the built in tuner. You could always add one of the radios that you plug into the aux input jack.

I dont know what kind of radio you currently have and if its the sync system or just a basic am/fm set up. You can also stream sirius over a smartphone if you have a sync system in your truck, but it will use your phones data. May not matter depending on your phone company.

In my old 99, I have the sirius radio installed in the glove box with the vehicle kit and a special cable that plugs into the back of my aftermarket deck and allows me to control the sirus radio from the head u it on the dash..if you want to go that route.

The factory unit with satellite radio installed has horrible sound quality. I do not recommend. I did the universal add on through FM stations with my last truck and it sounded much better than this garbage.

Not sure what radio the "stock" is in a '14. I have just the AM/FM/CD with Sync in my '11. But it does have the "Aux" button, which I used to add Satellite to mine. It was a "Factory Install Kit" from the XMFAN store, but as I check, it doesn't even give Ford as an option for a factory kit. Strange.
