How do i clean out the valley drain on top of the motor? I got stuff pooled up.

 

lots of rags and simple green
there is a drain hole at the rear to the left in the valley that clogs up

 

Well once i clean the hoke out. I need to pressure was mist of the frame under the motor and engine area. I do it once a year in my car. Keeps everything nice. And if you keep up on it you dont have to do it often. Now i kniw, a lot of people are against pressure washing your engine bay. But ive been doing it for a long time to many vehicles prior, and i kniw what im doing.

 

Just dont aim at the IDM/ PCM area you will get water in there and ruin the electronics.

 

I get the engine warm to the touch, soak with simple green, rinse with hose pipe
(no pressure nozzle) scrap with long screwdriver and repeat till clean

 

The only reason I'm against a pressure washer is everything is old and brittle. The pressure breaking things typically cause more damage then the water
