Found this on eBay
F2TZ-8005-KA Genuine Motorcraft Radiator NOS | eBay
So your telling me that this is pretty much the same radiator, or am I mistaken?
You are not mistaken.

F2TZ-8005-KA is a Super Cooling radiator, which has a larger core than a standard, xtra cooling or A/C radiator.
I have parts catalogs that cover 1928 thru 2001 FoMoCo vehicles. I've been looking up part numbers for FTE members for 10 years, so I know what the applications are.

Thanks for the guidance
I figure the width measurement will tell me if its a two row or not. The length and highth will tell me if its gonna fit, and the pics themselves will tell me if it has the tranny cooler on it and if its a/c or non.
Regardless I feel like I'm making progress and hope I'm not wasting time on this.
I'm thinking if I called the dealer and gave them both part numbers if they could tell me the differences?

Double checked all measurements with help from the seller. Purchasing today as every measurement is the same including inlets and outlets and tranny coolers and such.
Would you guys replace the water pump while the radiator is out? It sounds like it's starting to go bad with a little squeaking. Are they special pumps for the super cooling package?
Thanks again fellas. You guys are great.

Man, That is a pretty steep price...
There are basically 2 radiators, and including specialty parts, there are basically 3. Count the core thickness: 1 is around 1.25", 2 is around 2", 3 is around 2.333". The 2-core, 2" is by far the most common, and will cool very very, well. You can have this radiator, with auto trans ports for around $150 or less, depending on site ordered from. This is plenty of radiator for most applications.
I would suspect that if this is extra-super-heavy-duty truck, and you use it for hauling/pulling all the time, you may want the 3-core. But the 2 core is the ticket for every-day driving, plus some pulling some of the time. Heat is the enemy of Mechanical Constructs. Think about what you use it for realistically. I hate to see someone spend $700 (!!?!??!!) on a radiator when a $100 will do.

Ordered the radiator today. Guy was awesome to deal with and I was able to talk him down to $249.99 including shipping. I'm happy with that.
Once again, I'll pay a little extra for piece of mind, but $700.00 is out of the question on a military salary.
I'll take some pics of the process and of the radiators side by side when I get into this.
Still thinking about the water pump situation.
