Body trim

68 ranger swb, looking for suggestions on where to purchase upper and lower trim from. Lmc and DC offer it, does it fit and look good from either of these company's? Is there another supplier. Haven't had much luck finding good used.
Thanks

I bought the narrow trim and the lengths for the door is about 3/16th's+ to short looks kind of funky cause ya see the gap an the door lip at the end of it.

The anodize looks ok.

A few months ago bought the hood lip trim and the anodizing looked bad plus it was a 1/4" to long on each end so returned that piece of crap.

A windshield seal gasket started coming apart at one of the upper corners.
after installing the window.
And the list goes on for DC

Orich

This is the best, I can be adjust the door with out the fender trim & door trim with out the spacing out gap to far open.

1968: There are TWO different widths of upper body side mouldings!

1967 Custom Cab/Ranger; 1968 Custom Cab/Ranger before serial number C56,001: 1 1/4" wide.

1968 Custom Cab/Ranger from serial number C56,001; 1969 Custom Cab/Ranger; 1970/72 Sport Custom: 1 1/2" wide.

Serial number is the last 6 digits of the VIN

I just removed all of my middle and lower trim. Was tired of looking at the old scratched up stuff and couldn't find a replacement I was happy with so it's gone now. I'm much happier with it

I replaced the middle trim (1 1/2") on my 68. Bought from Carpenter. I like the quality. Line up isn't perfect everywhere but neither was original. I opted to skip the lower wide trim, partly because of budget, partly out of preference.
