1964 SN Decode

Hello,
I picked up a F600 Parts truck for $225. Guy says the motor runs. I tried using a online decoder and it tells me I don't have enough digits. Can someone decode it for me? Here is the Warranty plate.

Thanks,

Thanks

NumberDummy,
Thanks for the Decode, hopefully when the guy finds the title it matches your information. The Emblem on the side of the hood is different than the 61 I picked up a couple weeks ago.

Thanks

Pic from 1957/63 truck parts catalog showing (at the top) both the 1961/62 and 1963 (same as 1964) hood side emblems.

The 1963/64 emblems were also used on some 1965/66's.

The hood itself is the same: 1961/66 F100/750 & B500/750 (B = School Bus).

Hood front emblem: 5 Stars with Gear & Lightning Bolt: 1961/64 all & 1965/66 6 cylinder only / 5 Stars with V8 = 1965/66.

Upper pic: Hood side emblem with hood side moulding located in front of it, is from a 1963/64 F100/250 Custom Cab (probably a Styleside pickup).

Lower pic: Hood side emblem is 1961/62.

The top one is the one you just did the Decode on. Both are buried under ice and snow. I will get them home when the snow melts. The guy said he added the hoist to it. They are both in rough shape but amazingly not a lot of rust holes, but they were never really driven in the winter. Each guy was going to sell them for scrap.

Thanks,

Thanks,
If these stake beds have FORD letters embossed on the rear panel, they were probably factory installed.

If not, were installed after the trucks were sold new.

You'll need a good sized yard to park these 'elephantine behemoths.'

A HUGE elephantine behemoth, the battleship USS Iowa (BB:61), is now located in Los Angeles (San Pedro) harbor as a museum ship.

I know hoist on the top one was put on by the current owner. The 61 might be factory. I will look when I get a chance. I have 7 acres so the behemoths should feel at home. Should be a nice little challenge getting one of the junk yard escapees running.

Thanks for your help.
