1996 7.3 PSD - clogged fuel lines?

Driving a 1996 F250 7.3 PSD, very low miles (85k) as it has always been a farm truck with limited used until the past year. I had been getting some occasional severe hiccups [chugging and occasional Fuel Filter light coming on) but it always went away eventually. We had a cold snap last weekend - down to about 10 degrees (I'm near Charlottesville, VA) and after filling up the front tank at the local Kroger, it lost power, chugging severely, fuel filter light on again, then stalled. I killed the battery trying to restart, eventually had it towed to my house near Free Union.

Fuel filter is dirty but I've seen worse, the fuel reservoir actually looks pretty clean, not sludgy. I drained the reservoir, refilled, tried to restart, nothing. Was told to try blowing out the fuel line that comes from the front tank. (Haven't been using back tank as my brother warned me that it is apparently clogged) but cannot find a diagram of the location of the fuel line that can be uncoupled to blow out line. Suggestions will be very much appreciated, I've been depending on this truck as a daily driver and the timing (first week of a new job) is horrible.

FYI - this truck has always been in the family, right here on the farm, so other than some periods of relative neglect (but never severely) due to not being driven often, it hasn't been abused. (Not counting assorted minor body damage incidents with falling trees, tractors, etc.) It has now been driven daily for over a year, and it was running perfectly.

Does the tach move when cranking? The crankshaft position sensor may have crapped out on you. There is a good no start flow in the stickies.

One thing to try, drain the bowl again. Leave the top off. Crank it and see if it fills the bowl back up. If it does, then the line is probably not clogged
