I know, I know but I've read ALL the ZF5 to ZF6 swaps/conversions from here to the Diesel SD side of this site and I cannot really find my answer, so please be gentle with me.

It's pretty simple. The synchros on my ZF5 are slowly dying and I have one of two choices. The first is I would like to swap in a ZF6 and the second choice is to drop my ZF5 and have it rebuilt.

IS is possible to do the ZF6 swap with my SD? If not, I understand and will just have the 5 rebuilt.
