87 is what all the mechanics I know have always recommended. The only things you use the high octane in is boat motors and lawn equipment because it's the only way you can get ethanol free gas for them here.
Just curious I've never seen a station offering Flex Fuel what is the cost saving per gal. All the Gas here has 10% ethanol and I wish they would get rid of it I have to put high octane in my antique car because it can damage rubber lines.

I live in western Pennsylvania & the only gas station Ive ever found the flexfuel at is at our Sheetz gas stations & not all of them carry it but the ones that do carry it youll notice a yellow colored hose at the pump & thats your flexfuel. The only benefit of flexfuel imo is its typically .20 to .30¢ cheaper than whatever 87 is but as far as performance benefits, I dont see any in my experience with it.
