No Voltmeter?!
Considering my 2016 can show pitch, yaw and steering angle, not to mention individual tire pressures, I am stunned that there is no way to read volts or amps.
The electric system has a lot going on with auto start/stop, variable speed blower (electronically controlled) and AGM battery. It seems one of the most basic gauges should be available.

Oil pressure gauge on my last two (three??) Fords was a glorified idiot light, it is 'on' or 'off' and never shows any real variation. Look at it and see if it ever changes.
With a sophisticated power management system that this truck seems to have, surely it would be easy to display something useful about electrical power draw.
Ooh yeah, turbo boost!

While it's easy enough to do a workaround with an app like Torque Pro, it does seem like it would be simple for Ford to add one sub-menu to the display that could run through various engine functions.
I also miss the boost gauge. I used to watch that a lot on my diesel F-250, just out of personal curiosity on how hard the turbos were working vs gas mileage, terrain, etc. I'm even more interested in that with my 2.7L which is likely using the turbos a lot more than my old 6.4 did.

I agree that it would not be difficult for Ford to add a full selectable guage package. I would buy it. The problem is with most drivers not having a clue about how to read oil pressure, or not knowing that the pressure can fluctuate several psi depending on rpm, temperature, and age of the oil. The dealers would be (and were) bombarded with drivers complaining about low oil pressure.

Something that I haven't seen is a scrolling, or rotating gauge option. I mean, how often do you have to look at the gas gauge that is half way between 1/2 and 3/4?
There's room for 4 gauges at the top of the display. Wouldn't it be cool to rotate them on a 5, 10, or 20 second basis? That way you could display 10 different things, and just have the truck rotate through them. Even better, change the background color on individual gauges if something starts to go out of line.

It's been a fact that Ford vehicles for at least the last two decades have not had any provision for monitoring oil pressure. The "gauge" is driven by a switch that closes around 5 PSI. Above that and it reads normal, below that it reads nothing. The computer has no provision for monitoring oil pressure; it doesn't know or care.

Why don't you Google "ford oil guage fluctuation"?
Why don't you Google "dodge oil guage fluction"?
You may not have had a problem, but a lot of other folks have.

Just give a "display" option for auto-scroll, maybe select the change interval in seconds, and then allow maybe an "OK" keystroke to freeze the currently displayed item, so it could be viewed continuously.

Some of the equipment we use on the horse farm, has auto-scrolling gauge displays. I Like it a LOT. With steering wheel controls, and graphic displays, it could work real nice on our vehicles.
