Same here, but hey, as you said, it is what it is.

But yes, on either tank when you ground the pin the relay clicks, but that's it.

Hey Sandy, when my buddy was over we did check the ICM; we were getting the interrupted 12v signal coming from the ICM and the 12v power to the coil as well, so based on what I've read, that means that the ICM is functioning - unless, of course, I've misunderstood something along the way...

FYI ....... I noticed on page 1 someone mentioned the "timing chain" needs replacing. These engines have gears and thus if they are not broken they do not need replacing. I have a 93 4.9 with 225,700 miles and it runs like a top. If I can i'll try to help when I can.

Thanks for the heads up! I honestly didn't even notice the mention of the timing chain. I was under the impression that most timing chains *rarely* need be changed with the exception of those building for big power or after like a bazillion miles.

I appreciate the offer of help...I don't doubt that I'll continue to be needing it.

Thanks Sandy - I do actually have this printed out for a double checking this weekend. Very much appreciate your reoccurring assistance and feedback!
