I am not sure of the proper name for it but the part that the shock bolts into on top on the front passenger side of a 1997 F150 on my truck is rusted through. Is this a part that can be ordered or does it need to be fabricated?

Thanks but that part goes up to a 1996 they changed it in 1997.

 

YEP........ just a reference.. you might contact them and see if they have something newer.. DORMON has a part number for old.

 

We have them for cheaper, not the Dorman ones (not a fan of their quality) but I want to check the year also. Feel free to send me a message.
