Anyone got a SINGLE 351C closed chamber 4 barrel head? Took mine in for a refresh and one is cracked. Need one with pedestal rocker mounts not milled for studs.

I'd at least look into locating a shop that could fix them. There are shops that specialize in cast iron repairs. That said - I don't have a head for you. They are a great cylinder head!

 

The machine shop I took it to has fixed several cracks for me in the past but he said this one is too far gone. Cracked between the intake and exhaust. Says there isn't enough meat to stitch it and too hard to get to the bottom of the crack to Weld. He knew that it was a special head that needed to be saved if possible.
