Our Trucks on CL

As with most of you I also do a search weekly on CL to see what is out there for our trucks. I just had to share two pictures that I found unique/weird/different/interesting. BTW in no way am I considering purchasing either of these two trucks.

1. I cannot believe the air cleaner.
2. Is this a Factory Bumper? I have never see this before. The way it wraps around the front fenders look factory. I like the look of that on this year of truck.

Links to actual listings in you need to see more.

That is a cool front bumper, I have the matching rear on my truck. Looks farmer made to me.

I really like the spare tire for side and fender indent on the 51 and of course you cant beat the non stick air cleaner. I think when you ordered in 5 mins they sent you the non stick oil filter for free.

1947 Hudson. I already picked up another pair for one of my IH pickup builds. Found them by accident at a swap meet and had no idea what they were, but they were cheap and exactly what I wanted style wise

If that 51 were close to me I would pick it up, looks like a good builder.

I'm thinking that much weight rocking around on top of a Thermo-Quad may not be the best idea.

$7,800 seems like a lot of money for a truck in that kind of condition.....
I would be curious to see how much he ends up getting.

I had a similar rear bumper, they were quite common up through the mid 60's

I like the taillights. Mine are similar, late 40's Chrysler;
