I have some work to do on the house as well but have to wait for my power washer to get home.. Then build a back porch... Clean out the garage.. Build a shed..

I would.like to redo the master bath.. Not really a master just attached to the master bedroom.. It is small..

They seem to go for better positions within the store for more time with their families.. At least that was the reason for the last two to change..

Do most of the ones that move up stay there or do they move to another store? Many big companies seem to do the same thing.

About half and half.. Some left for another store and the rest went to different departments.. They change them around the store alot.. Also move regular employees around.

It might be nice to change departments from time to time unless of course a person isn't interested in doing that. It would at the least be an opportunity to learn a bit more about the business I suppose.
