The snew is about 5" deep, the low life plow drivers hit our street at about 30mph, I had my drive, and sidewalks completely clean then they buried it all, they threw snow halfway up our front lawn. I made a nasty call to the town, but I bet they wont do a stinking thing about it.
There, now that I whined, how is it your way?

That is precisely why I wait until the plows are done before clearing the driveway. 30 MPH seems awfully fast for a plow in a residential area. I don't blame folks for being pi$$ed!!!

What they did was made it a law that your sidewalks must be clear, and all snow thrown in your yard, nothing in the gutter.. a distant neighbor of mine has posted that he just got a ticket for having snow in the gutter after they had plowed.. so, I have just learned that there is a town meeting coming up quick that is going to have a lot of pi$$ed off people in it.
Yeah, that's ridiculous. If they are going to dictate when your walks have to be clear, then there should be a regulation that the city shall have the streets cleared by a certain time.

Our town requires sidewalks in front of your property must be cleared within 24 hours of the end of the storm. I'm lucky...no sidewalks on my side of the street.
