2015 Expedition XLT - Floor Mats

Looking at getting some rubber floor mats for the winter. I need to pull out the center seat (20%) of the second row for better access to the third row. I know I will have some "holes" in the carpet, this is were my questions come in.

If I purchased rubber mats (lloyds rubbertight) and spec'ed as second row captains, would the mats cover the entire space between the seat in the second row ?

I think they will, when using the fitment guide for both the second and third row mats selections ask about if I have bench/captains in the second row...

Thought?? Anyone done this ??

Thanks in advance...

Dave

I have weather tech mats in all 4 sections of mine. Love them. I've got the 2nd row bench so that's what I ordered for. Then I took the middle seat out and have a $10 floor mat set from walmart covering the dead space where my seat used to be and it is always sliding around and getting wadded up so I'm interested to see what you find out. I've looked a little but didn't find much for pics of the 2nd or 3rd row mat for 2nd row captains chairs.

Here's their pics for bench and captains and they look a little different so I guess they have it figured out but they still don't look right to me

I just installed a set of Husky floor liners in the front of my. Expedition. They seem to fit pretty well. They may fit better once they warm up a bit. I've had Husky mats for 4-5. trucks and I ve always been very pleased with them. The way they are designed with the lip keeps the water off the floor.
