Seatbelt anchor

Hi all. I've got a '99 expedition with third row seating. I need to remove the right rear seatbelt anchor so I can remove a floor protector. Removing the trim piece reveals the loop but no threaded fasteners to unhook it from the floor. What's the trick?

Did you look under the truck for a nut?

I'm sure that if I crawled under the truck looking for a nut, I'd find one. A big one, lol! I just found my answer on an online copy of the owners manual. The anchor works like a seatbelt clasp. You just have to use a screwdriver to push on the latch. There is a hole in the protective cover to access the clasp. Easy peasy when you know the trick!
