Just about done the sewing room reno, happy wife happy life. Then can get back to the restore. +14 here again today but cooling tomorrow. Have a great evening guys.

I'm watching the paint dry on the new box that I built for the 1 ton flat deck and installing a sensor on the front gate, will be putting in a couple this summer

Been a while since I've been in here. Picked up a new project truck today 89 f150 2wd

Too bad I have to wait for it to dry up before I can get it out of my driveway again lol I got it stuck going down hill.

Ouch, ordered some business cards for a guy who's trying to help me with my business, and made a typo on his phone number. Just ordered replacements. Makes me look a bit sloppy, and costs me fifty bucks. Have to wait while they are printed too.

There's nothing as annoying as your own mistakes.

- no bondo or rust other then minor surface on door.
-body is straight

Plans
Few minor things gs needed for a inspection the.
-2/4 or 3/5 drop
- grey with dual black stripes like elanor for paint
- have a 84 mustang hood scoop to go on
- mount 2 round fogs in fromy bumper (Eleanor inspired)
- maybe turbo the ol 300.

Looks like a neat truck, short boxes are rare around here.

Your lucky to find that generation of truck with a body on it. Jump on that rust as the metal is thin and I don't think the 88 to 90 years were well zinc treated. Overall it looks like a nice truck. Those generation trucks are some of my favorite parts trucks as the body usually rots off of them by the time they hit 160k.

That was why I jumped on it. Will be getting sanded down primed and painted this summer
