ALBERTA CHAT - WINTER 2016!!!

Didn't wreck my back. this snow was pretty light, as it usually is here. I find sitting at my computer hurts me more than any physical activity. I have terrible sitting posture, but manage to have better ergonomics when active. I don't know why that is.
Have actually been out twice to shovel today. I'm a bit (or a lot) OCD about keeping the area near the storn drain clear so that when it finally melts it can run away easily. That means I'm the idiot shoveling the road in front of someone elses house.
I measured on my BBQ lid and it was six and a half inches, it seemed to be nearly double that beside my garage. I didn't think there was any wind to speak of in the last couple of days, but there must have been some to create a bit of a drift out there.
