2016 Transit keypad code

Go to the dealer you got it from and have them scan the computer for you. But first I'd double check the owners manual and glove box. From the factory it comes on a white with blue text credit card sized card and is individually wrapped. Personally I open them and put them in the owners manual pocket, but on commercial stuff it's not uncommon to have them never touched in the glove box.

Welcome to the forum!
You may be able to pull the code using your keys as well; it does depend on the type of key you have. You will need to have two keys for both types.
To display the factory-set code in the information display for Integrated Keyhead Transmitters:
- Insert a key into the ignition and switch the ignition on for a few seconds.
- Switch the ignition off and remove the key.
- Insert the second key into the ignition and switch the ignition on.
- The factory-set code will display for a few seconds. It may not display until after other warning messages have displayed first.
To display the factory-set code in the information display for Intelligent Access Keys:
- Place the first programmed key in the backup slot inside the center console. The key ring must be at the top with the buttons facing toward the rear. If there is no backup slot, place the key underneath the rubber covering at the bottom of the cup holder.
- Press the START/STOP button once and wait a few seconds.
- Press the START/STOP button again and remove the key.
- Insert the second programmed key into the backup slot, then press the START/STOP button.
- The factory-set code will appear in the information display for a few seconds. It may not display until after other warning messages have displayed first.
