He says it's not exactly rust free. Bed sides at wood floor are bad, cab floors bad, I see it has no glass. Gonna send some more pics. I love the color scheme and the condition of the paint. But the rust and NO title and it isn't cheap. I'm not in a huge hurry. Are the frames the same in '41 as a jailbar tonner?

Not according to the chassis catalog. There are four 122" frames listed. The '38/'39 is 81Y 5005, '40/'41 is 01Y 5005, '41 6 cylinder is 1GY 5005, and '42/'47 is 21Y 5005. I looked for diagrams in the '41, '42, and '46 handbooks but nothing detailed enough to show the differences. Stu

I went back and looked trying to see which individual cross members create the differences. The book isn't real clear but it's probably in the first and/or second cross members. The fact of the '41 6 cylinder being unique speaks front cross member, but that's just a guess. Either way I'd guess the body panels would swap cleanly.
You're being real helpful on that M15! Like I need help finding more sad orphans needing a home. I've been sorta proud of myself limiting myself to the '51/'52s, but hanging around here gets me thinking sometimes about a '46/'47 tonner derelict "needing" a M-H transplant. Adding an OT5-4 to the fleet wouldn't be hard since I have all the pieces. But it's better that I help you add to your fleet instead. Stu
