Power steering leak (pressure lines?)

Just replaced gear box, power steering pump and high pressure hose. Now I'm leaking at the two pressure fittings, one for sure, at the gear box. The new hose didn't come with a seal for the part that goes in the gear box. The gear box came with two o rings that I didn't install because I figured that they were flared and they were way smaller than the two lines. Since the gear box is interchangeable with other vehicles I figured they were applicable to those vehicles and not mine..

do these pressure lines need teflon o rings or teflon tape? Thanks

Well I still have them but I put on on the line and it made it leak like crazy. I removed it and put the lines on with no o rings and it leaks still but not nearly as bad. I just want to get it fixed as it's all new
