Frame differences 1994 vs 2004?

Nice 2001 E-350 Ford Econoline / 7.3L Powerstroke / 4R100 transmission w/ Quigley 4x4 conversion for sale near me.But rusty.Just wondering if my 1994 E-150 conversion van body would bolt up?I know wiring and dash would have to be swapped since mine is a 5.8.But will the body bolt up?Thanks
