'97 F150 4.2 V6 throttle body lower vacuum port
I don't have the vehicle in front of me now, so, I can't post any pictures. On the bottom of the throttle body is a 3/8" 90 degree vacuum port and I have No idea what connects to it? I've blanked it off for temporary, Please Help, as I've search ALL over the internet to find what connects to this port. This was like for like engine change and I don't have any left over hoses. bl2009
Update: After a lot of going thru the acronyms and seeing something called the VMV (Vapor Management Valve). It looks like it could possibly connect to the engine intake plenum (not the throttle body like i'd described) but just next to it. I now have to see/find in the engine compartment, somewhere, the 3/8" tube that connects there. bl2009
