2015 king ranch. Started up my truck and the heater is sounding like someone took a deep breath, blew it out and gasp for more air. Have fan all the way up and temp set to high.
It is producing/blowing heat but at a much slower rate than normal. No difference with elevated RPMs.
Tried different fan adjustments and setting to auto. No difference

First - for those that don't know. 90Pioneer is in an area that -15F is called a warm winter day. If 90pioneer is having trouble at -15F, I hate to think what -60F is going to be like.
To 90Pioneer - If you put the HVAC on defrost does the blower motor pickup and blow air out at a high rate? No matter what temp I set my HVAC to, if I put it on Defrost, it blows at full speed.
Next test, put the HVAC in "Auto", now manually turn up the fan speed? Does it blow stronger? Also, put the temp to "HI" and see if that changes things.
Wish you were by me in Anchorage so I could help you out - I have Forscan setup so we could run some diagnostics. Sometimes just a computer reboot gets the HVAC working too. (been there, done that, and fixed it that way)
If the above tests fail and you are under warranty, I'd just take it in. If they pass, let me know and I can give you some more tricks to get the truck up to temp faster.
