I'm currently working on a 69 Ranger grille. All original and show quality.
P.M. me if interested.
I'm the best around, you'll pay more to have it done by someone who "Polishes" vs. Someone who restores.
I have been restoring grilles for 11 years now. Absolutely no competition for the price.
Guess what Robert? You already did his grill. He was one of your recent customers from Arlington TX. I don't want to say his name on here. And you do realize you did my grill as well? Right? Click on my build thread below and go to the last few pages. Looks bad azz on the truck.

With over 500 grilles done, I can't keep track of purchaser and forum handlers names. For instance if your xxxxx on the forum and your yyyyy on ebay or if you contacted me offline It's hard to keep track of.
Nevertheless, I have a 69 "RANGER GRILLE" That can't be beat by any vendor or ebay seller!!!

So I clicked on your build thread, I had to scroll through 464 pages before I found mention of my grille.(Don't get me wrong, going over your build brought back memories.) Love your truck page 464 I found the info. If no one does a search like I do, How would they know who did your grille?
Just saying.
Most of us polishers and chromers are the last to get mentioned on any build. But!!!! our work is what attracts the people to the vehicle. Go figure!!!

I'll vouch for Robert any day , any time. I've seen enough pics to know I can say 2X to this post.

I'm torn on this one. On one hand I can't wait to see his finished product. But on the other, that will mean one less Awesome build threads to look forward opening.
*** Not that I have anything against ANY build thread here. Post 'em all guys!

Yes, I'll post pics later. C-notch finished, new shock mounts finished, frame is bare and ready for blast and powder coat. I'm going to weld up most of the holes on the sides of the frame today before it leaves. I think Ford put 100 holes in that thing. He came and picked up the cab and bed yesterday to take to the painter.

Those holes allow the frame to flex.

Considering the size and locations; that is highly doubtful. More than likely they were either for assembly purposes in the factory or held something depending on configuration. The largest hole I had to fill was maybe 3/4 if that and that size hole would have very little affect on frame flex. If it does that's a pretty poor design imo. Most of them were 5/16 to 3/8ish.

In the end I filled 60 holes. And there were probably 20 to 30 left.
