My gauges... they are not working at all!! Started with the trailer blowing them out I never got them to come back on but after that incident numerous electrical problems happened... such as the alternator the starter and battery.. even after replacing these parts I still have no gauges any idea where to look.. I have already checked every fuse!

Funny it started with the plug for the trailer and all signal lights seem to work. This is going to be one of those take it to a mechanic ones because tracking down electrical is a headache. I will be honest I haven't done much work on anything older than 1980 because of the computers they put in them. The Mechanics have a better test equipment than I do and it might track it down easier. You can take it to a dealer and they will diagnose it for you for a fee, that might be worth it to make it easier to find. Make sure you check all the fuses there are several, some inside the truck some under the hood and some blocks in the fuse panel you might not be able to tell just by looking.

The trailer bit was coincidental, nothing else. There's nothing in the trailer wiring that can cause a failure in the cluster, they're all on separate circuits.
We need to know the YEAR of the truck, the circuits have changed over the years. Without that, there are too many possibilities to try and cover.
Nonsense! This can be easily troubleshot via the forum if the OP provides proper observations and feedback and has a multimeter and the basic ability to use it.

Now I have already pulled every fuse out of the panel under the dash and replaced with what was called for!!! I have only had the truck a year and when replacing the fuses I noticed a lot of them were wrong size....cluster being one!!! they had a 30 amp in it and I wanna say it called for a 15 or 20 amp!!! I also checked voltage at each fuse I was right around 12.7 volts on each fuse in the panel.. I do not have a fuse panel under the hood I only have 5 little black relays. I have not pulled the cluster out to test voltage on each power pin in the harness or to even test the ground that was my next move!!! But I am getting frustrated so I figured ask the experts (you guys) everyone always has great insight to problems so why not ask!!!! Thanks in advance for the help!!!
