Engine specs

I have a 1968 Ford shop manual covering the 401, 477 and the 534 giving the specifications for a rebuild of these engines. Willing to share info from manual.

Specifications

Yes. The manual I have is the 1968 shop manual which has the specifications I think you're looking for. There are about 3 pages of specs for those two items. Probably too much to list here. I believe the specs are the same for the entire series. I can copy the pages and mail them to you. You can call me with your address if you'd like. 508-954-3449 if your project doesn't work out for you and the engine is newer than 1976, I'd be interested in it for parts. But in either case, you're more than welcome to the information you're looking for. I do have a cam and crank shaft which are still in the engine but I'm not sure of the condition.

Is there a way I can get some info. I purchased a 1968 Fire truck with a Ford 900 cab and a 534 gasser in it.

OK you prior post here was about tune up specs and oil. I posted an answer. Was that info useful? What info do you want? You have another thread going in Large Truck, and if you post your VIN and warranty plate info, you engine, axle and trans info will be available. With that info, more in the way of parts can be found.
