brake line rubber hoses 66 4wd

Trying to make some decisions on new brake lines for my 66. I haven't been able to locate the front 3 rubber lines (manifold on axle to left and right wheel cylinders and up to master cylinder). Does anyone reproduce or do I need to go custom? The rear rubber line going from main run of hardline to the rear axle needs replacement as well. The manifold on that line has the rear axle hardlines to each wheel cylinder and the axle vent line attached to it. Is this correct? where can I find that rubber line with manifold? Thanks for any info.

Brake hose

Hi 66w352, When I did the lines on my 65 I had my fronts custom made by Brake Hose Unlimited 888-767-8693, and Napa had the rear with or without the splitter. Best regards Bill
