OBD II /Torque App-tie size speedo adjust ???

Just got new tires on both my own and wife's Expeditions.
2006 and 2004's respectively.
New tires even though labeled same size, must actually be shorter than previous ones.
Speedo is off a little now.
Actual speed on GPS is slower than what speedo reads.
I have an ELM-327 scanner in the OBD port and the Torque app on my phone.
Wondering if these have access and can allow altering the computer to fix speedo and compensate for new tire size...??
Appreciate any help

THANKS

Short answer is "No" for Torque.

Forscan on a laptop might be able to, provided that parameter is programmable. That's something I've never explored, hopefully someone else will chime in with relevant experience.

ForScan can do that using the extended license (it's free) just buy the $31 adapter from amazon and download the app. You will be surprised on what it can do.
Unfortunately I have a 2003 which uses UBP on some modules (which ForScan doesn't support), starting at 2004 they moved away from that.

Necro, thread! Did anyone solve this? I have a 2005 Expedition. I want to calibrate the speedometer after installing lift and bigger tires. I have and use Forscan but I do not see any way to change the tire sizes. All of the Forscan threads and spread sheets that I found are for newer Fords. Thanks!

I never did end up doing anything with either of my Expeditions as far as re-calibrating speedo.
Everything I saw back then, and still now says ForScan program/app is way to go.
Congrats on the lift, wheels, and tires, looks good.
Good luck getting everything set up.

Thanks for the reply. The only thing that I have found on google regarding forscan tire size calibration is the ABS Module setting 760-02-01 xxxx **** xxxx . However my setting here is 3534 and I am not sure at all what to change it to.
