No power at all

So i have a 2003 6.0 yesterday on my way home from work I went to punch it to make the green light she started to launch then just quit looked in the mirror big cloud of grey smoke. after that I haven't heard the turbo spool up at all
so took off the air filter reached in there and that wheel on the turbo won't spin at all and inside the pipe leading to it is gunked up. does anyone have an idea on what happened? did I blow the turbo?

The turbo shaft is seized, it should turn freely. I wouldn't drive it in this condition ( to answer your question from the other thread ). Also try keeping to just one thread and make your posts as detailed as possible.
