Brake Connector needs replacing, what is it though?

Afternoon everyone,
After replacing my wheel cylinder on my 78 F250 i noticed that the line connection was farther away than what was on it originally. So my lines in the back were all a few inches short. Thats no issue. Im replacing them since they are old and its just good practice to do it if they are maybe 20 years old. However there is a part that i need some help identifying and buying. Its some sort of junction 3 way connector.

My rear line comes from the proportioning valve to a bracket on the frame. Then theres a rubber connecter from that to the junction. I need some help on knowing how to replace that rubber connector which im sure is cracked and will break if i move it alot, and I need help on what the junction is. Any ideas?

The brass block is part of the flexible brake hose. The piece that goes through the block and attaches the block to the axle housing is the axle vent. All that uses is regular 3/8" neoprene hose, the other end clips to the frame. Just be sure the tiny hole in the axle vent is clear, they plug up easily and can cause unexplained rear axle seal leaks.

So my best option is to order the neoprene hose with the T connector on it, and replace the axle vent? The screw for the vent popped off like nothing and left the screw in the axle, in the picture you can see. I could look into drilling it out unless someone knows a better option.

So the vent broke when you unscrewed it?
Use an easy out to remove the broken piece, the thread pitch on the vent is 7/16"-20.
Here's what the new hose will look like.

Please, when asking questions, list all the pertinent info. I had to read thru your back posts to discover your F250 is 4WD. The 2WD hose is different.
